Our summer book is The Anthropocene Reviewed: Essays on a Human- Centered Planet by John Green.

Read the book on your own this summer and join the discussion in September. The Anthropocene is the current geologic age, in which humans have profoundly reshaped the planet and its biodiversity. The Anthropocene Reviewed explores a wide range of familiar topics in a series of essays. The topics covered in the essays, while varied and sometimes humorous, encourage readers to explore life's interconnectivity and think critically about the world around them.
